The healthier one obviously, but determining that is very difficult and the difference in value is barely incidental. You might as well ask which one will live longer, at least that you can make a definitive guess.
But this is being objective which is easy for me, I have no stake in their value. But ask a parent or a government or a mob for that matter and all of a sudden feelings come into play and value is assessed on arbitrary factors invented by people to judge the value of other people.
So disregard all arbitrary and unknown factors their value is equal. It's sad that for some this would be a valid question.
