I love comedies, all types, and I still laugh at jokes that were made in old movies... which is the one that you laugh the most (and at least has a story or something behind it, not like jackass type of movies)?

Cat Ballou and the Russians Are Coming were my favorite comedy movies as a kid. Brighton Beach Memoirs, Animal House, The Producers are as an adult.
