Mine is the Jag XJ220.
I dunno maybe its ridiculous speed and acceleration, or its beautiful design, the fact that it has an incredibly light turbocharged 3.5 V6.

the mark I golf GTI is iconic, beautiful and not too slow either. as much as i hate to say it, i'd also have to pick a yank tank: eleanor of gone in 60s fame! i also love the lambourghini gallardo's looks, especially the superleggera versions. and the first car i fell in love with... the 22B Subaru Impreza, magnificent. oh and the fantastic audi quattro! daydreaming now!

The McClaren. The look, the build and the speed are virtually unbeatable.

I personally love the Enzo Ferrari, but the McClaren technically I think.

The VW Bug. Mass produced. Easy to work on, relatively reliable if you keep it up.
Parts are still easy as pie to come by 50 years later....
The are fun, rear wheel drive, if you wanted to swap in a different motor there are wonderful sources to get advice for that kind of thing. They make fun drag cars and they're old school!
