dove is not as good as galaxy. You can find galaxy in the U.S. but its pretty rare. European candy is soo much better than American candy.

Have to admit, i've never heard of "galaxy" chocolate, But look for the cocoa butter content. The higher the cocoa butter, the better quality the chocolate. Makes for good tempering too. :P

Galaxy, which I believe is called Dove in the US, is WONDERFUL. That's the good news.

The reason, I my opinion is the Fat content. It's much higher than in the manufactures other fare and for it's price
range is probably one of the most 'entertaining'. Since the ingredients are pretty standard and most Willy Wonka types
don't let out there secrets, this is probably the best answer you'll find.
